I worked in Sbicaps Securities Ltd as RM for six years & looked after 38 branches under SILCHAR RBO, and i use to give training to the SBI employee to increase literacy in Capital Market, during training session organised bySBLC, and i was the only person worked alone and taken responsibility and work libalities regarding the Demat section of all the sbi employee as well as all the sbi pensioners, like trading, transmission of shares, Dematerlisation of shares, by góing the beyond of my job profile due to good bond between the all employees of SBI and relationship but one of my pain was that our wages were very low. and to increase my remuneration i intend to switch another company, but I was very happy when I worked there and till now I love this work profile and if I get any further opportunity to engage my self in SSL again then , i shall positively work for SSL and now a days in SSL two , three more segment has been started like Home loan / Car loan.
