Vice President (VP) of Deployment (project) & Operation of National Fiber Optic Backbone, Inner City and FTTH, including DWDM, MPLS & Metro-E.

• Planning, Managing & Controlling of National Fiber Optic Backbone & Lastmile Network consist of Aerial & Buried FO Cable system, including Metro-E Networks; FTTH & BTS Hotel Project. • Responsible for establishing Process, Procedure, Operational control and management of the Fiber Optic cable networks. • Optimization and time utilization of the Project resources to avoid and Risk of Failure and unwanted delay.• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.• Analytical and problem solving decision making regarding risk and reward to the business• Train, coach, supervise and direct the Fiber Operations team.• Direct, hands on experience in project execution, from conceptual design, feasibility studies, financial scenarios, to implementation and project close out• Understand critical business drivers within the customer’s environment and offer solution accordingly

• Planning, Managing & Controlling of National and International Fiber Optic Backbone Network consist of Submarine & inland FO Cable system, including DWDM ECI and Alcatel-Lucent platform with 400Gb capacity; FTTH & BTS Hotel Project. • Manage project teams and deliver good project management. • Liason with customers & vendors, give solution to project issues. • Monitoring and control projects (budgets, resources, risks, delivery, etc). • Analyzing project deliveries. • Report to management about the implementation of the projects.• Provide effective progress monitoring and control as integrative effort especially during establishment, realization and hand-over phase to maintain under control cash-flow for the project.• Responsible for managing and monitoring vendor (subcontractor) and supplier performance.• Responsible for being effective integrator, team leader, communicator, negotiator, decision maker, problem solver and project climate builder to ensure project meets its successful criteria and objectives.

• Planning, Managing & Controlling of PT. TELKOM Indonesia WiFi deployment of CISCO Access Point 1500 & 3500 series and Wireless Access Contoller (WAC) CISCO Catalyst 6509 for 200,000 point all over Sumatera.• Consolidate, assess and provide report for current overall project performance indicators, value and status to support accurate periodic reporting activities delivered by Project Office to internal and external stakeholders.• Conduct review meeting with project managers in terms of project monitoring status updates, invoicing schedule, revenue vs. cost analysis.• Adapt, improve and benchmark for process, method and tools that necessary useful to improve project management methodology.• Provide effective progress monitoring and control as integrative effort especially during establishment, realization and hand-over phase to maintain under control cash-flow for the project.• Responsible for managing and monitoring vendor (subcontractor) and supplier performance.• Responsible for being effective integrator, team leader, communicator, negotiator, decision maker, problem solver and project climate builder to ensure project meets its successful criteria and objectives.

• Planning, Managing & Controlling of National ZTE - SmartFren Project Roll-out of NEC & CERAGON FibeAir IP-10 Hi-Cap Backhaul to meet Project target, budget control and to ensure the quality excellence.• Close coordination and regular meeting with Project team in regional, subcons, ZTE Project Management, Quality team and Transmission Planning as well. • To mentor project managers by giving guidance and support in order to secure project management’s competency.• Utilization of project management methodologies, skills, and rigor to achieve outcomes (deliverable services) and to ensure quality excellence.• Responsible for the successful of ATP/PAC (Acceptance) activities and to achieve ATP/PAC target and get the ATP/PAC Certificate from customer.

• Planning, Managing & Controlling of Maintenance services of Alcatel-Lucent DWDM, SDH & PDH to achieve contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).• Coordination with related counter part of the client at any points for performance of the project compliance with contract requirements.• Ensures specific entitlement to maintenance business services are conducted in an efficient, accurate, cost-effective, timely, and customer-friendly manner.• Work closely with management of the different functional areas to ensure that all aspects of the deliverables are provided in a cohesive and seamless manner.• Manage the Profitability of Maintenance Contract: Review actual cost (run rate) against budget ; Analyze if there is any abnormal cost increase & identify root cause ; and drive cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives.

• Single point of accountability for successful implementation of a contract/PO.• Lead Project contract/PO implementation, Review service contract/PO and performance, Support contract opportunities, Examine claims & billing disputes.• Drive contract renewals and/or up-scopes through a close working relationship with the Customer Account teams.• Review scope of work, Installation standard, and duration of the contract/PO, and provide estimate of effort for contract/PO delivery to Top management.• Review project cost estimation and ensure that service delivery costs are accurate and realistic based on past experience and knowledge of the customer and the network.

• Accountable for Key Account Manager’s project implementations in terms of delivery according to time schedule, customer satisfaction, project profit margin, project organization and resources.• Ensure that PROPS-C Project Methodology, processes, tools and measurements in relation to project management are practiced throughout the project life-cycle.• Ensure project complete within budget by efficient cost controlling and internal & external resources management.• Acts as primary project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship.• Planning, Controlling & Managing Deployment of ERICSSON- NTS/AXIS 2G & 3G Network in Jabodetabek & Banten (September 2007 – April 2009) and Planning, Deployment and Optimization of ERICSSON - Telkomsel 3G Network in Northern Sumatera (August 2006 – September 2007) to meet the On-air target, budget control and to ensure the quality excellence.• Shares project experience and knowledge of project management, provide project management consultation to regional PMO and training to junior staff.

• Planning and controlling of Engineering Survey, Installation, Commissioning, Integration of RBS GSM 900/1800, Minilink TN & Hi-Cap Transmission to meet the On-air target, budget control and to ensure the quality excellence.• Planning and managing of ERICSSON RBS GSM 900/1800 Cut Over for Swap sites or Integration for New sites and conducting ATP and the approval.• Building up and managing the Installation, Testing & Commissioning (ITC) organization as well as Documentation Support to fulfill the contract requirements and obligations and provide accurate As-built Documents. • Close coordination and regular meeting with Ericsson Project Management, Advance Engineering, Transmission and NPI as well.

• Planning and managing the Deployment of MOTOROLA SmartZone Radio Trunking 800 MHz deployment for RI National Police Communication Network (Jarkom POLRI).• Manages and control sub-contractor to increase the quality which related with site development, Microwave and RF installation and meet the On-air target.• Provide analyses and strategic recommendation of overall project forecast on a new or on-going project to ensure it is profitability.• Participate in bidding activities and identify implementation requirements from tender documents.• Coordination and liaison Radio Trunking 800 MHz Turn key project relationship with Regional Police officer (Polda & Polres).• Close coordination and regular meeting with Motorola Inc. (CGISS) as a vendor of Pre-Trunk, SmartNet & SmartZone system.

• Managing and coordinating all activities related to the Site Acquisition and CME (Civil works/Constructions) for MOTOROLA - Telkomsel GSM 900/1800 Tinem Project including Site Acquisition Negotiation, contract, process, budget and financial performance of the services• Close coordination and regular meeting with RF and TX Planning Dept.• Manages and control sub-contractor to increase quality which related with permit process and meet the customer On-air target. • Updating the project status and establish the reporting system and make presentation for customer project management meeting• Preparing and approving the role descriptions for the Site Acquisitions and Construction services.

• Planning and managing Site Acquisition (Negotiation) and CME (Civil works/Constructions) activities for GSM 1800 network.• Manages civil consultant (outsourcing) to increase Site Construction quality and analyzing potential problem.• Preparing the project specification for the Site Acquisition and Construction (CME) services.• Maintain the excellent relationship with property owner (landlord), community surrounding and authority and perform potential problem analyze on every site.

• Preparing the System and Network proposal for the East Jawa PCN/GSM-1800 tender license.• Coordination and liaison Network and Telephony Access relationship with PT. Telkom.• Maintain the excellent relationship with key personnel of PT. Telkom and other Calling Card operators.• Operate and maintain the Calling Card switching system to handle 1 million cards.

• Production line setup for assembling CT1 Cordless 900Mhz equipment.• Preparing the Manufacturing system and procedure and its documentation to meet the ISO 9002• Increased the productivity and target output by process improvement.• Managed the General Maintenance and Repair Group to support production.
