• Planning, preparation & release of operation schedule and monthly shop loading plan and its monitoring .Operation includes raw material issuance, material preparation, fabrication, galvanizing, blasting, painting and delivery for all the jobs in lieu with customer schedule.• Coordinating with all the concerned departments and follow up for any delays or stoppages.• Managing priority changes of customer in co-ordination with project management and shop floor.• Co-coordinating with other departments to ensure enough load for next level operations.• Coordinating with shop for any urgent request or claims from customer.• To prepare and send daily production report to all concerned.• To prepare and send weekly and monthly production report to higher authorities like operation manager and GM.• To prepare statement of operation every month and send to higher authorities including finance department.• To monitor monthly material consumption report and mange shop floor inventory through ERP system.• Performed key roles in developing oracle based in house manufacturing scheduling and reporting system in co-ordination with IT department.• Performed key roles in developing the inventory system in ERP. It includes raw material management and consumption in ERP in various levels according to the progress of the job which enables us to manage and minimize shop floor inventory cost and scrap management.• Currently handling RIYADH METRO PROJECTS FOR RAILWAY & BUS STATIONS.

• Accountable for efficiently studying the drawings; interact with team to determine the scope of work, technical & non- technical requirements, and other issues impacting the work and cost analysis.• Involved in preparing & reviewing work schedules; preparing the progress reports based on the feedback from the site and analyses the same and highlight the delays and prepare catch-up plans. Participate in the meetings with the company for capturing the issues impacting the project.• Follow up with the action taken issues and raise alarm as when required; dealing with manpower planning and Job allocation.
