Design of enclosures (IEC 60297-3-100 standard), cabinets, racks for electrical/electronic products,material selection, design for manufacturability/reliability. Co-ordination with the other Engg. Department for the correct product output. Creation of Concept, Engineering Models and Layouts for Installation and Assembly of Equipment’s. Reverse Engineering of products and adding value to it by reducing cost. Generating Ideas & concepts, Solid Models, Top-down assembly & creating drawings with GD&T. Creating the design for test bench project to test PCB board and modular design and supported forpreparing the procedure for the Test bench equipment. Developing the electrical routing for systems and cabinets Develop new design for the PCB enclosure. Check the interference between electronic components in PCB design. Rendered image, Animation, Technical Illustration

Part & Assembly modeling, Sheet metal Design, Plastic Product Design, Reverse Engineering, Rapid Proto-Typing, Engineering Detailing (GD&T) and prepare Engineering/ Manufacturing BOM.
