 Time Sheet Preparation for Site Employees  Time Sheet Invoice preparation for monthly report Passing of journal entries in the books of accounts. Monthly wise Payroll preparation  Quotation, Purchase Orders and Delivery Note Preparation Checking of Petty Cash for various operational, general and administrative purposes Issue of Payments subject to the Proprietor approval. Presentation and filing of documents and drawings. Responsible for maintaining hard copy information.  Issuing and distributing controlled copies of information. Managing and maintaining a Meridian Document Control System. Have experience in using Tally.ERP9 extensively for accounting tasks.

 Passing of journal entries and other day-to-day entries in the books of accounts. Managed accounts payable and receivable accounts. Review weekly suppliers’ payment. Review monthly property deposit reconciliation. Approve cash payments. Issue of Payments subject to the Proprietor approval. Reconciliation the General Ledger accounts, e.g. Bank-Cash, Debtors, Creditors, Accrued, Provision, Prepaid Accounts etc. Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily. Scanning in all relevant new documents.  Checking dispatch documents are accurate.
