CurrentHiring IT and non IT professionalsCurrently working for both Middle East/ Gulf countries & Domestic Recruitment.• Involving in IT Recruitment Process like sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations.• Understanding the Client Requirement in detail which includes desired and mandatory skills required.• Sourcing from various sources like job portals like Monster and Naukri, employee referral, Internal Database etc.• Screening the profiles before Technical round based on communication skills, Salary, Notice period, regarding other offers (If any) and Reason looking for change etc.• Sending interested candidates profile to the client.• Scheduling the shortlisted candidates for Technical Discussion with the client as per the client's Interest either Telephonic or In-person.• Scheduling short listed candidates for Final Rounds of Interview.• Follow up the candidate till He/ She accept the Offer, sending the required documents to the company and successfully closing the given requirements• Exposure to complete recruitment life cycle and expertise in job assessment sourcing, screening of resumes, initial screening, interview and follow-up.• Posting jobs & Mass Mailing on different job sites.• Handling all levels of Recruitment- Entry Level, Middle Level and Senior Level Positions for the entire vertical.• Responsible for recruiting candidates across technologies and also good hands on experience on Niche requirements.• Exposure in Walk-in co-ordinations at the client places.IT: Project Managers, Web App developers, JAVA, .NET engineers, Network and system administrators/ engineers, Information security analysts, Business analysts, Quality Analyst/ Software Testers, iOS & Android developers, Drupal Architects, ERP (SAP & Oracle), Database positions. ETL and Reporting tools etc.Financial: Accountants, Financial Analysts, Marketing professionals, Sales officers and SAP-FICO etc.
