I'm currently employed as a Project Operation at Handicap International (Humanity & Inclusion) in Nepal. I support to ensure the smooth running of project activities in the field. Ensure the project's quality delivery and Inclusion at the activities and policy intervention level.I am working as a Safeguarding focal person for the country office. Providing training to the staff as well as ensuring the partner organization adheres to the safeguarding policies.For the last 13 plus years, directly working in the sector of disability inclusion.
