Responsible for the set-up and the day to day Mgmt of warehouse operation.Responsible for receipt, storage & dispatch management as per agreed standard Operating procedure. Fully aware of warehouse activities and take appropriate action to help meet company targets and standards.Fully accountable for regular cycle count, monthly wall to wall count and subsequent stock reconciliation to meet stock accuracy agreed with client. Lead in all aspects of planning the total operation including managing potential problem areas and initiating remedial action related to warehousing and transportation.Complete administration of warehouse staff/workers, contracted agenciesJob allocation to warehouse team for efficient operation managementResource deployment for timely completion of assigned tasks of day-today activities. Control & monitoring management for fixed roles and responsibilities of operation team. Manage in a high pressure, changing environment with demands from both internal & external customers .Improved the efficiency of the present logistics network.Accountable for timely MIS submission.Train new and existing associates on current Standard Operating Procedures, forklift operationEnsuring optimum utlilization of warehouse space.Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding areaAdditional responsibility of managing Corporate Relations.Stacking of stocks for optimum efficiency, FIFO, Space utilisation.Maintaining accuracy of physical stock w.r.to Book Stock against SAP.Monitoring of the Godown safety and security personnel.Submitting the documents to insurance.Performing Inventory AuditsEnsure that workplaces health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.Issue of dead stock report ,goods age stock report
