•Managed and lead the activities under Hamro Samman Project (Anti-Human Trafficking Project).•Coordinated with different CSO to advocate for the ratification of 'Palermo Protocol'. We conduct different activities for the ratification of 'Palermo Protocol' including interaction with Honorable parliamentarians of National Assembly and House of Representatives'. Nepal Government ratified 'Palermo Protocol' in May 2020.• Engaged and coordinated with Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizen to revise ‘National Plan of Action against Trafficking of Children and Women for sexual and Labor exploitation. •Established ‘Pro bono’ national and regional network of lawyers to provide the legal support the victims of human trafficking.Established and maintained strong relationship national, provincial and municipal level government, institution and justice actors to implement different activities to combat human trafficking• Conducted research and studies related to human trafficking.• Coordinated with government officials to improve data collection, sharing and usage to strengthen policy on trafficking in person, coordination and public reporting• Managed different Partners and sub-grantees and also supported in preparing annual plans, financial reviews and plan, monitoring of activities.•Support initiatives to strengthen regional networks and cooperation mechanism in support of national counter trafficking legislation in Nepal •Planning, Budgeting and monitoring, Documentation and Reporting of project activities.
