Preparation of Fix Point Chart (FPC), after co-coordinating with Programming and Commercial Department.Scheduling of Promos, Programmes and Commercial as per FPC.Briefing and planning of key continuity elements within the daily schedule, review subsequent continuity elements to make sure all throws and information are relevant to schedule and promotional priorities clearly communicated.Ensure schedules are accurate before downloading to transmission, maintain a creative level of presentation elements like promo, filler etc.Creativity to place promos and maximise audience awareness, scheduling of cross promotions and their placements within the schedules.Check all promos are correct for air with the relevant systems updated and approved, liaise with transmission on any changes or errors that may occur and adjust schedules accordingly.Work closely with management to keep the schedule on track and make sure milestones are being met on a daily account.
