Job Responsibilities:• Preparing management accounts for online business WBTC, CFC (Customer Fulfillment Centers), ROI GHS, & CAPEX.• Analysis of actual vs budget variance in manaccs and ensuring all the POs, journals, allocations are recorded to GL for a period.• Preparing and posting periodic journals which impacts periodic management accounts (P&L) and balance sheet position with necessary backups and approvals..• Preparing and posting capex journals on periodic basis and ensuring all the capex cost are recorded under right expenditure category.• Performing Balance Sheet Reconciliation with adequately supported backups in ARCS tool in a timely manner and disclosing all the issues with clear next steps for resolution.• Consolidating Balance sheet account summary, Issue summary and material movements commentary for Governance meeting.• Consolidating journal log and getting sign off from WL3 as per controls and compliance.• Providing details to property team to flag the depreciation for dotcom vans which got assembled and rolled out to stores, by filling FAR change request form with necessary approvals.• Ensuring all the backups are relevant and approvals are received as per Manual Journal matrix policy.• Identifying and ensuring inactive accounts are disabled from TB area. • Support new joiners by training them and ensure smooth transition of activities.• Taking initiative to improve a particular colleague’s performance with my best practices.• Supporting team members to performance their duties within TAT.• Publish wine weekly book for WBTC business. • Publish CFC Store expenses reports and Monday KPI reports for CFCs.• Worked on Cash pipe forecast, EA trackers and PC reports for CAPEX.• Prepared online marketing spend report on periodic basis and handling the queries.• Publishing Aged PO closure report to PO requestors by interacting with Procurement teams.• Supporting Stake holders by providing accurate data for taking business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:• Managing day to day production, assisting Lead and SME’s in handling MEC reports.• Processing invoices and credit notes for payments(PO & NON PO)• SWAN SAP Reconciliation during month end activities.• Month End Closure Activities - Worked closely with financial analysts from various business units and controllership team in ensuring smooth accounting close month on month , Reclassification, proposal and accounting of accrual through Journals• New Joiner’s Training and Assessments - Training and guiding the team members in all the team activities including month end activities.• Resolving Queries via calls and Mail placed by Customers.• Calculation of monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for Entity.• Handling WFR (Waiting for Reply Approval) once in week.• Clearing Suspense Fallout, Functional area fallouts.• Meeting TAT (Turnaround Time) as per the client requirements.• Research of invoices which are unpaid (Open items) and reason for holding on monthly basis.• Re-class of G/L accounts if required is done in accordance with the Company policies.
