• Working on new consultants resumes and making necessary changes so that their resumes get shortlisted. • Marketing of own w2 (OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, USC, H1B) consultants as well as third party H1b consultants for various suitable requirements. • Formatting consultants resumes as per the requirement for better present ability to clients/Vendors depending on comfort levels of consultants. • Applying different strategies in marketing consultant resumes (like using portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch etc., broadcasting hot-lists/resumes to tier 1 • Vendors/Prime vendors, Using Groups and references) to place them with minimum turnaround time. • Negotiating the rates and billing terms (Net 30/Net 45) with Vendors/Clients. • Bringing the new consultants on to the bench with references of existing consultants. • Maintain a good rapport with consultants and making them aware about submissions, • Vendor calls and interviews from Vendors/Clients and preparing them accordingly. • Following up with interviews for interview feedback, MSAs and POs. • Following up with consultants and Hiring managers/Vendors before and on start date to ensure both parties are happy.
