• Purchasing Material for all Departments.• Follows up methods, systems and control set up by the department head and top management.• Maintaining supplier Data Base• Co-ordination and Co-operating with All Outlets.• Maintaining Good Receipt Register on Daily Basis.• Prepares the Purchase Orders i.e. on Daily / yearly basis.• Checking All Invoices & send bills to Accounts for Payment.• Making Yearly Contracts For All Items.• Planning the standards and Specifications for the Food & Beverages merchandise with Food & Beverages, Executive Chef, Purchasing Agents Chief Accounting.
