DIRETOR (TECHNICAL) REGIONAL PETROLEUM PRODUCTS COMPANY LTD. , RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA AUG,2014 -PRESENT ..• Studied the compatible locations for RR-1 dismantled from Saudi Aramco’s refinery in Riyadh in Yemen, Egypt, Turkey and Sudan.• Finally two locations in Yemen and Sudan were identified. • Prepared the scheme to revamp and expand the refinery by adding Thermal cracking Unit to make the refinery profitable.• Made series of presentations to Aden Refinery , Ministry of Petroleum, Sudan.• Finally , scheme was approved and MOU was signed to revamp and expand Port Sudan Refinery in 3 phases. Finally achieving a capacity of 100,000 BPD.• Interacted with Shell Global, UOP, Honeywell, CPECC for process up gradation and implementation.• Guiding team of engineers to build the refinery.• Spearheading all other related jobs.

• Responsible for all technical matters of Refinery. Refinery is a state of the art refinery with distillation capacity of 148,000 BPD having RFCC and CCR.• Refinery also has polypropylene plant. Provided technical services to the plant. • Guided the Technical and Inspection teams for timely completion of Turn around of refinery as General Manager (Technical) .TA was successfully completed in scheduled time except the second stage cyclone of RFCC due to crack at dissimilar welding. Decision was taken to change the metallurgy of the cyclones except the top 8 inches which is welded with re generator. RFCC was commissioned and operating successfully.. All the defects observed in TA were fully analyzed and countermeasures were taken.

Technical Advisor, Port-Harcourt Refinery , NNPC Nigeria from Dec 08 to April 2012 .• Revival of 150,000 BPD refinery .• Identification and Rehabilitation of various facilities for smooth operation of refinery particularly in FCCU and CCRU.• Studied the problems with 60,000 BPD refinery and advised the management accordingly.
