1) Processing of Supplier invoice, Check for correct coding, VAT and approvals. 2) Keep track of all payments and expenses related to Payroll, Purchase order, Invoices and Petty cash.3) Preparation of Pay check and wire transfer to ensure all the outstanding has been cleared upon the agreed credit terms.4) Handling All inquires over phone and email from vendor related to payment and other finance.5) Preparing employee Vacation, Termination and final Settlement.6) Preparing management month end report and closing report like inventory report, Vendor ageing report, Supplier analysis and assisting teams with audits.

• Keep track of all the payment & expenses including payroll, purchase invoices, Purchase order Etc.• Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements & purchase orders against invoices• Prepare and processing of monthly payments by monitoring discount, resolving purchase order and other discrepancies through checks and Wire Trf within the designated credit terms & ensuring all outstanding to cleared.• Posting & Documenting of all AP transaction voucher • Handling all enquires related to vendors regarding payments and finance • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.• Ensure three-way check and follow up with vendor for any discrepancies and getting resolve • Ensuring and applying new policy to build the P2P process• Gathering, entering, and reviewing payroll data using EHRMS master database • Preparing employee vacation, termination and final settlements• Compiling management month end and closing reports such as vendor ageing report, supplier analysis, inventory report etc and assisting with audits• Experience creating reports using MS Excel Pivot Tables, MS Excel Data Queries, and/or MS Reporting Services• Post-qualification experience in a MIS reporting role
