Beside my duties to protect peoples, property, information, Reputation and providing safe secure environment;I perform my services as a whole as follows:• Pro-actively ensuring the protection of merchandise property and assets.• Handling guest initiated incidents and follow up with the seniors if required.• Collecting statements and reported allegations.• Maintaining confidentiality of the information and Releasing information to only authorized individuals.• Accurately updating administrative records and documentation in systematic manner.• Accurately reporting all incidents to senior and related managers on duty with proper records.• Escorting VIPs , contractors and any visitors not identified or suspicious • Using correct radio Voice procedure as an ERT team.• Inventory of the security required available equipment and update.• Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.• Responding and handling perimeter alarm system, duress alarm, fire alarm system with knowledge of the equipment required. • Protecting the accident and crime scenes for investigation.• Managing events, swimming pool, and beach area and parking area analyzing on the basis of Hazards and crisis.• Conducting HSE speech during the events for the guests and also for the staffs.• Conducting evacuation training with civil defense along with hotel ERT team, also conducting fire evacuation, emergency procedure and security procedures presentation for hotel staffs.• Monitoring and operating fire panel and alarm system• Monitoring and operating CCTV cameras and other recording systems.• Undertaking investigations into reports of offences.• Handling lost and found property management with proper documentation.• Good knowledge of the maintaining key handling procedure for both electric and metal keys.• Telephone calls handling and responding as security duty on 24/7.
