Asset-Exit :- HR sends Details of Resigned Employee to asset Team.- Asset Team Compare Details With Database to get existing asset details of resigned employee- After LWD of the resigned employee Asset team block the asset in AD tool- After LWD of the resigned employee inactive the ID’s of resigned employee- Maintain Data in Excel sheet via Vlookup , Pivot and Conditional Formating- Making MIS Report end of the Day- Co-ordinating with the user via phone and Email for Asset Mapping to Another Emloyee in USD Database.Physical Asset Verification (PAV):Downloading data from FTP (common location) uploaded by engineer of location after verification. - Converting the data into Excel format for verifying & preparing PAV reports. - Maintaining the data for analyzing & audit purposes. - Coordinating with branch site in charges for data collection. - Solving the query raised via mail by Site-In charges & Engineers. - Checking duplicate in excel sheet and maintaining rejected reports. - Final quality checking Physical asset validation and consolidation reports. - Providing the report of extra assets, tagging changes found via PAV to management for updating in Asset Database.
