Professional social worker graduated from Rajagiri College of Social Science (RCSS), Cochin, Kerala. Started my career by working in Gram Vikas - a Non-Governmental Organisation based in Odissa, India, and has two decades of work experience in the developmental sector. I have worked in projects supported by World Bank (WB), International Labour Organisation (ILO), American India Foundation (AIF), Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction (JFPR), and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR); Water Sanitation & Hygiene Promotion (WASH); Alternative Livelihoods and Documentation are my key area of interest and expertise.
