CurrentAs a Director, I oversee delivery leaders, architects, and a team dedicated to designing, developing, and supporting components of the Target Application Platform. I provide strategic and operational leadership for both internal and customer-facing applications, guiding new product development across the Deluxe enterprise. I thrive on tackling technical challenges and taking on additional responsibilities as needed. Working closely with business and technical leaders, I make strategic decisions to deliver core components, ensuring technological compatibility and compliance with our architectural roadmap. My focus is on building high-throughput, large-volume systems to enhance guest experiences, delivering market-leading solutions that are high quality, cost-effective, and sustainable Oversee checks IT Strategy, Solution Delivery, Application Development, and technical support initiatives to support Smead’s current and future technology needs. Orchestrate diverse Agile project teams supporting digital business for company offering technology-enabled solutions to a customer base of 4.8M small businesses and 4,600+ financial institutions. As a Technology Leader, my goal is to drive scalability, resiliency, performance, capabilities, and cost savings through the design and implementation of innovative enterprise architecture strategies.
