Allocate required Resources “Materials , Manpower and Machines to priority works.Responsible for taking Master Quantities from Drawings, Actual Quantities fromExecuted Works. Coordinate with purchase department of timely availability, communication of material Specifications, identifying and sample selections.I monitor and ensure that the development is done as per the specification without violating any norms.Coordinate with consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings.Responsible for Structural, Architectural and MEP activities, definition of construction methodologies, systems, equipments to be adopted, method statements, shop drawings preparation, internal coordination between departments, Engineer / Client approval process, identify commercial and / or contractual implication related with the strategies, methodologies, equipments, materials and drawings implemented in the engineering documents prepared for the execution of the project. Responsible for the final coordination between engineering and site works execution and the general site activities, supervision for a correct implementation of the adopted systems..

Hands on experience as Project Engineer in heavy civil construction Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing civil projects within cost & time norms.Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise output.Interpreting contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of technical / financial problems for management reporting.
