We develop eco-friendly, highly potent antimicrobial additives, coatings, and disifnectants to prevent the spreading of healthcare-associated infections (HAI). • Synthesizized non-conducting, conducing, self-doped and co-polymers for various electronic applications including gas sensors, organic light emitting diodes (OLED) and dynamic random access memory (DRAM) devices.• Analyzed the samples using a wide range of analytical techniques including, FT-IR, Scanning Electron Microscope, X-ray photoelectron Spectroscope, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Ellipsometer, Parameter Analyzer and Alpha-step profilometer.• Guided undergraduate and graduate students for their thesis work, and training them in operating various instruments.
