Creating the detailed strategic plan and operational roadmap for BCS Industrial Sales.• Revising the said operational roadmaps to deliver the agreed short- and long-term KPI pack.• Continuously developing the business by managing the various routes to market / influence rs and survey / develop future opportunities for new business. • To managing and control of Inventory, Forecasting and receivable based on the market.• Regular customer contact with the overall purpose to develop relationship and loyalty with C.R.I Pumps Ltd. including hospitality / relationship building events. • Support, motivate, energizing, challenge and developing our sales force and Dealers were appropriate to maximize the sales effort and effectiveness. Develop improvements in processes to ensure a more effective and efficient business group in keeping with our continuous improvement Business Excellence platform.
