Ipoh To Padang Besar 300Km Double Track Project

manage assemble, delivery, installation, thermit welding, distressing,motor point installation and commissioning of 464 cogifer turnouts under MMC GAMUDA JV• Attend all the progress and monthly Interface meetings • Attend Joint Site Inspections for taking over of Turnout platforms with Main contractor and works contractor representatives• Co-ordinate with main contractor team in preparation of Method statement, Intensive Test Plan, reporting forms, work scheduling charts, monitoring & progress forms. Method statement, technical solution, work scheduling, monitoring and notification of variation order and managing.• Coordinate loading and unloading of Cogifer Turnouts at designated locations • Manage the 7000 joints welding works of three piece mould RAILTECH welding kits ( Air & petrol blower – PLA process )• Installation of Second Drive on the Turnouts• Interface Motor Point Installation with respective project Signaling Sub-Contractors such as Balfour Beatty and Invensys• Responsible for monitoring and assisting coordinators and supervisors daily site progress

Rawang To Ipoh 160 Km Double Track Project

supervise assemble, delivery, installation, thermit welding, distressing,motor point installation and commissioning of 227 Cogifer turnouts under MITSUI.
