This is healthcare process wherein I am in the reveres supply chain and responsible for preparing reports.• Team of 04 people (Process Support)• Responsible for Daily, weekly and monthly reports.(for Philips APAC region) • Team Management and Improvement Sessions is an important part of my KPI. • Maintain the following Process reports and data:-1. Preparing reports using SAP (SD & MM Module) 2. Daily Tube (Philips Medical Parts) reports.3. Weekly GRIR (Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt) report.4. Key market Monthly reports of returned parts for APAC region.5. Dashboard of the process.6. Daily Performance Report of the entire team (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)7. Maintaining updates tracker.8. Quality Report of the entire teamResponsibility Held (Forward Supply Chain): Earlier I was in forward supply chain in ASAP process of Philips. My job profile is given below:-1. I was using SAP (SD & MM module). I was responsible for search global stock for a particular part of Philips. If the part is available globally then I confirm the sales order and generate the delivery with shipping details.2. If the stock is not available then I need to search for Purchases Order and provide best expected time of arrival to the customer as per the planner/buyer recommendation.3. If Purchase Order is not available in the all Regional Distribution Centers we request the buyer/planner to create a Purchases Order and provide ETA.4. I used to contact buyer via email and office communicator. Sometime we have to contact on phone in case of escalation case or If part is very critical and customer expects the part very urgently.
