- Lead and coordinate the implementation of HRMS solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient utilization.
- Customize HRMS systems to align with organizational requirements, including data migration, configuration, and training.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to optimize the HRMS platform for improved HR processes.Employee On-boarding:
- Oversee the end-to-end on-boarding process for new hires on HRMS, including paperwork, orientation, Induction and integration into the organizational culture.
- Develop and refine onboarding programs to enhance the experience for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into their roles
