1) Preparation of General Arrangement (GA), Single line Diagram (SLD) & General Information (GI) for Low Voltage Product such as Electrical Control Panel using Zuken E3 Series Software & AutoCAD.2) Expertise in designing of Electrical Schematics for switchgear including power circuit , control circuit and Bill of Material using Zuken E3 Series Software & AutoCAD.3) Co‐ordination with Mechanical Team to develop Physical Arrangement (PA) drawing using Zuken E3Series Software & Auto cad.4) Releasing certified drawings to production and approval drawing for Customer through (Siemens) Team center Software.5) Preparing the entire design document such as Technical Submittal, Comments & Clarification sheet, Operation and Maintenance Documents and As‐Built drawings for Customer as per modifications.6) Re‐validating the solution proposed by our team based on the requirement and if there is any deviation, solving those issues with Project management and Customer.

 Preparation of LT Panels quote as per specifications (BOQ & SLD) received from client end and to send proper quotation to the client maintaining proper record of quotation send. Preparing tender study report by analyzing the scope of work. Study tender documents including drawings, project specification, BOQ, scope of work, contract details and conditions. Study tender BOQ, quantities take off, sending enquiries to the / subcontractors vendors to get competitive quotations. Preparing technical clarifications to client for discrepancies in tender documents after reviewing. Incorporating the changes after response. Collect all vendors’ technical data sheets, vendor’s specification, drawings and compile in line with tender documents to prepared technical bid submission. After receiving the order, forwarding file to design & engineering department containing all documents i.e. costing sheet specification, client SLD, Client BOM.
