Roles & Responsibilities:Offer release • Releasing offline and online offers to candidate for approved hires.• Managing offer related queries from managers while submitting the offer in system and on acceptance from candidate.• Knowledge of end-to-end system testing for any offer template change or process change.• Creating or modifying existing macros and releasing offer letters manually.New hire• Managing pre-joining and Leave of absence process across Japac, including addressing all the queries and grievances. • Employee record creation in HCM and HRMS system globally.• Coordinating with Candidates, Hiring Managers and Recruiters for smooth flow of hiring process.• Preparing management reports to showcase the Pre-joining statistics and challenges faced to management.• Escalations handling.Report generation• Working on Weekly, monthly, Quarterly and Annual business requirement ReportsLeave of Absence Management• Updating approved leave details into system• Handling employee queries on LOA• Sending to reports to sales and comp team.Team Management• Training new, existing team members on the processes as and when required.• Advise team member on system issue and escalation.Mass Upload knowledge in HCM• Hands on experience on Mass upload and Reports• Creating .dat file using APEX tool and upload into HCM.Manage Termination updated process in HR system.• Updated employee termination details in HR system on timely manner.HCM UAT testing• Working on new hire projects and involved in many HCM UAT’s testing as end user.
