CurrentRoles: • Requirement Gathering: Collect and document requirements from various stakeholders (customers, regulatory bodies, internal teams).• Analysis and Decomposition: Break down high-level requirements into detailed technical requirements that can be used by design and development teams.• Requirement Traceability: Ensure that all requirements are traceable throughout the development process, from the initial design to the final product.• Change Management: Manage changes in requirements over the course of the project lifecycle and ensure that all changes are documented and communicated to relevant teams.• Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact between different stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are reflected in the product requirements.• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all requirements adhere to relevant automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262).• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the requirements and work with teams to mitigate them early in the development process.• Validation and Verification: Collaborate with the testing teams to validate and verify that the implemented system meets the requirements.Responsibilities :• Lead Requirement Management: Own and manage the entire lifecycle of requirements from initial gathering to final validation.• Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, testing, suppliers, etc.) to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented.• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all requirements, including updates, reviews, and traceability matrices.• Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met through proper requirement capture and management.• Mentoring: Mentor junior team members in requirement engineering processes, tools, and best practices.
