Take care of the Cad cam & manufacturing department. MIS report preparation and sent to top management.Monitoring the machine to ensure the product is of high quality and meets the specified requirements. Identifying machine damage, lubrication or vibration problems and performing routine maintenance tasks to keep them in good conditionProduct Planning schedule, organizing and control. Take care of three lines (Turning, Milling, Cad Cam Department)Man power shift schedule planning.Manage and supervise the use of CAD software and hardware tools & train and guide team members in the use of CAD software.Collaborate with project managers and design teams on design projects & review and approve designs and drawings before release.Develop and implement a strategy for the program team & lead creation of the program management plan.Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROIs).Ensure that the program is aligned with organizational business goals and objectives.Identify and assign program team members.Manage timelines and deliverables of manufacturing components.Identify and manage program adherence to standards and governance.Oversee all activities associated with the program to ensure the program achieves its goals.Manage program risk and coordinate corrective measures.

Designing and drafting 2D and 3D models using CAD software. Documenting the design process and updating existing drawings. Developing detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software. Stay abreast of the latest CAD technology and industry trends to ensure best practices. Ensuring that all drawings comply with the industry and company standards.Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve design challenges.
