1. Overall responsible for implementing & maintaining and business compliance with respective to Management System (ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001) Standard requirements & Organization requirements.2. Conducting the trainings and provide support for conducting EHS emergency mock drills for all potential emergencies to improve the safety awareness among employees on Fire Prevention and Fire fighting & safety requirements.8. Conducting QMS, EMS, OSHAS internal audits and Safety audits. Monitor performance through periodic audits & management reviews. 9. Providing guidance for Analyzing, investigating of all accidents/incidents and Review accident investigation/ analysis and follow up on implementation of corrective measures.10. Ensuring the compliance in Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental assessments.11. Ensuring the Plant safety, emergency preparedness and response compliance.12. Monitoring all statutory compliances related to occupational safety and Health with established procedures.13. Monitoring the implementation of Work Permit process.14. Streamlining the Vender management and Material Management (Reporting to Head Mfg. & Director (Fin.)).

1. Overall responsible for Management System Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) implementation & maintenance.2. Authorized to implement QMS, EMS & OHSAS activities at fabrication facility vertical covering all factories.3. Reporting to the TOP management & fabrication facility vertical on the performance of QMS, EMS & OHSAS and any need for improvement. 4. Authorized to issue all system related documents as per document control procedure.5. Responsible for the execution of periodical internal audits & MRM’s as per plan.6. Ensure corrective & preventive actions are taken for audit nonconformance’s are effective.7. Authorized to implement and monitor the common policies and processes applicable to fabrication facility vertical.8. Manage suppliers’ performance and conduct audits.9. Driving the continuous improvement programs to improve quality.10. Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.11. Analyzing the raw material inspection compliance, rejections and feedback given to concern for corrective and preventive actions.12. Troubleshooting and solving quality problems both administrative and technical.13. Ensuring of compliance with respective to Management System Standard requirements & Organization requirements.14. Analyze the Raw material compliance supplier wise, in process inspection compliance and final inspection compliance for take corrective and preventive actions.15. Ensuring and monitoring the stage wise in process inspection reports as per the sampling plan to control rework & rejections.16. Developing and analyzing pareto charts to reduce the rework & rejections by top 3 analysis.
