I have an overall working experience in Manufacturing for more than 32 years, throughout the years I have represented the companies top position i.e., QA Manger to Factory Manager then to Operation Manager. I have achieved many awards to the organization that worked for with team effort such as Best Supplier Award for Quality & Delivery, Green Procurement, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Best Kaizen Activity Award, also represent the company for an oversea Kaizen activities presentation. I also have been elected to be the technical representative to Japan for the approval of Tooling before transfer to Malaysia.On the other hand, I carry a great self esteem and charisma as to be a team player whom can be easily adapt to any situation or team that I work with. Regardless of the nature, industries or culture of the organization, I still manage to convince the team to achieve our common goal.
