Handling End to End Non inventory Purchase for India Entities , Includes Capex , Project procurements

 Understanding the plant requirement.  Issuing RFQ(Request for quote) to suppliers Analyzing the supplier quote Have good working experience in SAP systems. Research market to gather information related to materials available as well as substitutes and their costs. Cost and payment term negotiating with supplier Identifying the LDC (lowest delivery cost) supplier. Handling supplier and payment issues Resolving the shipment queries of plant engineer and supplier Resolving requestor issues on payment receipt Investigate lists of vendors on the market, appropriate for firm and selected optimum for production. Locate supply sources on the market and built sound relationships with suppliers

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for organizing and maintaining a central facility for the purchase of all Indirect sourcing goods (Civil, Transport, R&D, Genex and Capex Goods, maintenance Spares and Product Tools) Services contracts like (Security, housekeeping,warehouse handling on a best price / best quality basis. Ensuring the smooth supply of material, consumables and equipment to the company. Commodity leaders concept for all product category Productive experience in Sourcing and hands on experience of SAP. Negotiating price and in terms of products with application Developing and Managing& improving the all Indirect sourcing related activities and establishing new terms and condition as per management values Reviewing with Industrial contracts team and testing departments about the materials requirement KPI for SCM: Imports Goods Specialized in imports transaction like liaising with Freight forwarders, clearing agents, customs clearance and customs assessments formalities etc., Review with Finance about FC and Roll over for all imports orders. Checklist preparation and duty miro transaction processing on all imports goods In depth understanding of purchase documentation & procedures (material inward and preparation of GRN) and coordinating with Finance for the clearance of payment & Reconciliation.
