 Review Customer Forecast and Releasing the Monthly/Weekly schedule to supplier through QAD SYSTEM. Receipt of Acknowledgement from vendor based on our monthly schedule.  Release and follow-up of schedule with supplier and receive parts on time.  Achieve inventory turnover ratio set by the management. Coordinate with SPE team and quality function to ensure the parts are receipt without any Quality issue. Coordinate with engineering change control team for launch of new program requirements and ramp up /ramp down of child /Finished goods parts accordingly. Subcontract material management and reconciliation. Coordinate with store team for dispatch of child parts from plant and receipt of finished parts from sub-contractor.  Tracking imports Shipments and coordinate with logistics team for priority handling. Planning of Import containers and consolidation from third party warehouse. Coordinate with forwarders/CHA for timely container clearance and sailings.  Ensure that customers delivery rating, line stoppage and premium freight records as per objectives.  Ensure continuous and timely supply of required material and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business Operation. Handling shortage parts effectively by closely working with suppliers.  Review the critical suppliers and drive preventive action plan. Evaluate performance tracker of supplier delivery rating (OTIF/SDPR) on Month basis. Analyse root cause and take corrective action for delivery failures / line stoppage related issues.  Reduction of Non-moving inventory (Excess/obselence

 Prepare the purchase order with schedule and manage the delivery based on Plan Converting requirements into enquiry and floating to vendors, workout techno commercial comparison (RFQ) and negotiation with supplier. Working for cost reduction through various activities Part localization, price negotiation, SOB allocation and VA-VE.. Identify the new supplier and develop vendor based on customer needs.  Supplier Selection, Evaluation, Audit and performance monitoring. Monitor Improve the supplier performance with respect to cost, Quality, and delivery. Handling subcontract vendors. Reconciliation of supplier invoices every month Attending ISO AUDIT 9001:14001 and maintain all the procurement related documents.
