❖ Thryve Digital Health – Vice President & Head HR – Chennai, India made significant contribution for the growth of Thryve in India from 300 to 1500 FTEs, in a span of 15 months and scaled up the HR function to accommodate growth, positioning as Thryve Digital as employer of choice within the industry.  Led the Implementation of three key people initiatives like “Employee First”, “Innovation” and “Rewards & Recognition” programs resulting in significantly large business impact & winning accolades for the HR team in driving excellence.  Developed the Being Ahead – Being Global – play book for India with the intent to provide simple, yet data centric view of the story of growth and maturity of the US health care services industry in India and capturing highlights on how peers and competitors have leveraged India to delivery significant value.  The book resulted in stimulating further discussions and conversations across the organization and enabled THRYVE to design and build some of the best, benchmarked health care experiences for its customers.
