Liaise with external bodies including the local enforcement authority, airport authorities, safety auditors, insurance auditors, airline officials Guide the project team by setting safety standards for all EKFC projects and guide the safety team to perform the compliances auidt on regular intervals.Develop the behavioral safety cultural proram and guide the managment team for implementaion as part of safety stratergy program.Develop and implement safety management system for EKFC Ground handling operation at Dubai Airports in accordance with Dubai Airports safety standards and international best practice. Develop and implement the fire and life safety strategy for the entire organization and the new projects and guide the safety team to perform the compliances inspection and audit in regular intervals as per NFPA and FM Global standard.Develop and implement fire safety system preventive maintenance plan in accordance with UAE Fire code, NFPA and FM Global standrad and select the competent approved fire system maintanance provider for the AMC with the support of procurment team.

• Design fire detection and fire suppression system as per NFPA and Dubai Civil Defence Standard • Conduct basic fire fighting training for the external staff.• Lead the fire safety projects (Atlantes, EKFC, RAK Bank, EK HQ, Etisalat Eng. collage, Dubai Equestrian centre, Dubai Collage, MMI etc)• Perform the fire risk assessment for the new installation and mitigate the risk arising from the installation• Perform fire safety audit as per NFPA, and OSHA regulation in various site and submit the audit report to the client • Monitor the fire safety maintenance team and provide regular advice to improve the maintenance and fault rectification method of fire detection and fire suppression system in accordance with the standards • Prepare fire equipments maintenance program as per the NFPA / Dubai Civil Defence regulation and train the engineers • As per the manufacturer maintenance manual schedule the maintenance program for the electrical / mechanical equipment.• Prepare the list of tools requirement for the maintenance of the equipments and keep a record as per the requirement • Guide the 20 staff in the maintenance section and 80 staff in the project section for the successful compliances of performance standard • Prepare the project plan including safety requirement with the coordination of consultant
