Current- Lead a team of talented professionals, explore core areas of Marketing analytics, data mining and insight tracking by use of different high end statistical tools to help fulfill the client’s marketing objectives. Handle clients across different geographical spectrum.- Developing data analysis metrics to assist clients in understanding the trends and anomalies of their business by understanding the key performance indicators.- Creating reports, scorecard and executive summaries to help assist client in their presentations and discussions with seniors and key stakeholders. - Learn various client specific tools and databases and then use this data on frequent basis to address key questions from various team inside the client company.- Managing the resources to best handle the projects and deliver on time with accuracy and quality. - Regular interaction with the clients for various adhoc request and retainer projects.- Managed staff, evaluated performance and conducted appropriate appraisals for the same.- Develop reporting solutions to help client use in their presentation and decision making process.- Lead and manage complex strategic projects as well as produce required content and insights through analysis of unstructured data.- Develop marketing dashboards and Scorecards.
