Delhi

• Working as Group Head of Spare Parts Division in one of the prestigious Honda Car dealership – brand name Courtesy Honda.• Handling four branches independently in Delhi for spare parts/stores & inventory management. • Visiting all the Branches weekly to have fast communication/control and better synchronization of stores activities between the staffs/branch.• Installed new Warehouse & re-arranging/shaping old stores lay out for quick & easy availability of materials, transparency in stores activities and creating more space for better/smooth control of stores operation.• Looking after spare parts ordering/receipts/issue & dispatches. • Caring and sharing the daily communication with Principal and internal customer for smooth operation of workshop/service department. • Utilizing JIT method to maintain minimum stock level inventory.• To control rejection due to transit damage or wrong supply, spare parts warranty claim settlement, interacting/correspondence with Principal and Insurance co’s to resolve the issue in time.• Maintenance of performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of stores/operational documents. • Planning and monitoring staff/demands/schedules and adjusts accordingly to ensure that customer satisfaction and business objectives are achieved smoothly/accurately.• Prepare MIS reports and presentation for weekly management review.• Working with senior management to develop a business plan for further improvement and achievement of targets.
