• Responsible for service outcomes in developing, implementing and monitoring project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, risks, escalation metrics etc. in meeting SLA’s, KPIs, P&L, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.• Develop, implement and execute business strategy for small-to-complex engagement and support programs and services by establishing governance structure involving all stakeholders with respect to service readiness.• Identifying new business opportunities from customers and ensuring alignment of competences, infrastructure, quality, methodologies, and practices to ensure delivery excellence and compliance to process.• Support sales and Leadership in providing delivery expertise and solution in dealing with complex deals, RFI’s and RFP’s.• Collaborate with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in defining requirements, solution, development and implementation of programs and services to manage expectations.• Proficient in leading not only at the strategic level, but also at tactic level on day-to-day by deep diving into business requirements and technical domains along with cross functional teams.• Encourage optimising activities for digital marketing, creative, design, content management and data analytics & reporting.• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implement the requisite analytics requirement, solutions, and services • Driving team building and execution with quality in a high-volume operational environment.• Responsible in handling large people size (120 plus) in the organisations by managing managers of managers with the strong skills in hiring and developing future leaders.• Partner with technology and cross functional teams for leverage innovation and automation to drive efficiencies in operational processes.• Conduct performance evaluations and professional development of direct reports. Recognize and promote team member achievements.
