Conduct accident, incident & high potential near misses initial investigation and reporting.Conduct Job Hazard Analysis for all tasks and implements the same for safe work completion.Participate in Risk Assessment preparation and implementation.Conduct basic fire fighting trainings and job specific safety training for contractors / subcontractors and Cairn Employees.Participate in Commissioning and Pre Start up Safety Reviews. Participate in Emergency Response Team planning and Emergency Evacuation drills & Medical emergency drills.Plan and implement Fire & emergencies evacuation plan on site and office buildings. Conduct inspection of Vehicles, Mobile equipments & Stationery equipments.Basic knowledge of various codes and standards viz. NFPA, OISD, IS relevant to HSE-F department.Organize HSE Promotional programmes.

Panipat Refinery, the 7th Refinery of Indian Oil, Panipat Refinery is referred to as the country's technically advanced refinery. 6 MMTPA capacity refinery was built and commissioned in 1998, Refinery capacity has been further augmented to 12 MMTPA in June 2006.
