▪ Monitoring the team of 7 members having 1 Team Leader, 3 Assistant Project Managers, 1 Sr. Project Engineer and 2 Instrumentation Engineers.▪ Total projects value executed in a year is approx. 1250 MINR▪ Monitoring projects handaled by team as per schedule and review the project progress compare to planned activities on weekly basis. Run the comparisons of actual schedule versus baseline.▪ Controlling major interdisciplinary milestones and closely monitoring of same.▪ Reviewing and monitoring the schedules of suppliers.▪ Find out the critical path for all projects and keep close control on same.▪ Reporting the project status to senior management.▪ Project cost monitoring against given budgetary cost.▪ Monitoring approval and finalization of documents of project during execution from customer or DEC.▪ Project documents status review and control.▪ Review of specifications released by Project Managers.▪ Implementation of quality procedures for engineering work.▪ Preparation of lessons learnt for each project for continual improvement.▪ Interaction with overseas people from Atlas Copco Energas GmbH Germany, Atlas Copco Comptec LLC USA and Atlas Copco Mafi-Trench LLC USA for core unit.▪ Support to Aftermarket team for successful commissioning at site.▪ Responsible for milestone and final payment receipts from customer.▪ Performance review of 7 team members.▪ Allocation of product related and soft skill trainings to all team members as per competence matrix.
