1.Inspection of Metro Car Body shell while receiving from before station like Windows,Floor panels and Missing activities.2.Installation of Underframe Cable tray, preparation of Gland covers ,Closing the gland cover activities and Mounting Underframe Brackets.3.Installation of Thermocoustic process like Sound Deadner application,Rockwool Installation to the Roof,Sides and Ends of the Car body 4.Installation of Side Lining assembly,Floor profile assembly, mounting of End plates for Harness Rountings.5.Mounting of Roof Cable Ducts and Harness Routings.6.Performing Special Process Torqueing, Riveting and Glueing to the required activities.7.Maintaining self inspection documents,work instructions,CR Documents,MSDS,FMI,Special process Documents.8.Conducting 5s audits and Participation of HIRA(Hazard Identification Risk Assessments) meetings.9.Hand overing the Self inspection documents and following up the station clearance.10.Operating of EOT Cranes for Material movement,jig movements and Car Movements.11.Follow up the Before car pending activities, missing parts and Quality Issues.12.Closing the Station open points in Retro fit.13.Giving the Monthly suggestions for Time,Cost and Delivery savings. 14.Taking the Roles in AUTONOMOUS Team Like Safety talks, Quality talks , monthly targets,STP,PGI,Cost and Delivery Calculations.15.Knowledge in MES(Manufacturing Execution System) and AOS(Advanced Operating system) 16.Taking the Corrective action and preventive action in Station HOLD points.17.Participation in Monthly Audits,Safety audits,APSYS and Supporting to Quality Audits.18.Following & Taking the Previous shift communication & taking the current shift plan by the Managers.19.Planning of Manpower,Arranging of Raw materials, Consumables to the shift operators according to the current shift plan.20.Following the 5s, Safety & Quality Checklists, Maintanace issues in the current shifts.21.Reporting the Current Shift Production Details & Breakdowns summary report at End of Shift to the managers.
