My responsibilities include ensuring that the company complies with its outside regulatory requirements and internal policies. We review and design/update internal policies to mitigate the risk of the company breaking laws and regulations. We required to report breaches and violations to the appropriate regulatory authorities. We acts as an internal advisor and carries out monitoring of the various business units to ensure that the firm’s activities conform to regulatory requirements.
