Provide relevant data and insights to assist the businesses in their decision making.• Provide GCC/Operations best practices by utilizing external networking to ensure we are keeping its operational services ‘best in class’ and competitive.• Own and lead vendor management on behalf of GCC, ensuring the achievement of performance targets, cost reductions and productivity improvements as laid out in OSP (Operational Sourcing Plans) contracts. • Own and develop the strategy to maximize the activities of the OSP’s and ensure the right balance of activities between the Captive Centres and the OSP.• Support identifying opportunities to migrate low complexity, transactional activities to GCC from across the enterprise and then to captive or outsource centre.• Develop essential infrastructure in the off-shore center to support the development and growth of services, including accommodation, IT services and facilities.• Own Business Continuity Planning capability, risk management and in-country compliance for the India activities, ensuring routine testing and on-going focus on mitigation plans.
