Roles & Responsibilities:- Preparation of Project planning and schedule- Preparing presentations for Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review & Production Readiness Review meeting with customer with respect to Specification and Design document- Preparation of Power SLD, Interface Connection drawings, Control plan and Communication architecture- Building control algorithm, Flow charts, HMI development and SCADA configurations- FMEA, Technical discussions, up-gradations and Schematic analysis with Customer/R&D team - Collaborating with Software team for Application development and GUI development - Coordinating with Design team and Cross functional team internally and release drawings and integration plan for production - SAP management, Work Order closure and Production indent- Preparation of Technical manual, Training manual and User hand book - Demonstration of ATP and FAT with end customer

Roles and Responsibilities:- BOM Preparation, Panel Design and building Automation Control Panel with Servo Drives and Motion Controller PLC- Integration of Pneumatic and Hydraulic control systems with Power Pack and Solenoids- PLC program up gradations and HMI Configurations with Modbus TCP/IP & RTU- Installation, Testing, Troubleshooting and Onsite support- Data-logging and Centralized monitoring with GUI

Roles and Responsibilities:- Planning and Procuring materials based on Site Layout- Configuring PLC Hardware and Configuration- Establishing Communication with PLC, HMI and the application program- Project Completion and Validation

Installation and field service support for the products like CCTV camera's, Finger print systems, Burglar Alarm and Fire Alarm Systems
