I am a certified and experienced senior production engineer at AGI Greenpac, a leading manufacturer of plastic bottles and containers. With 13+ years of experience in the plastics industry, I have developed expertise in various plastics processing and molding techniques, such as injection molding, injection stretch blow molding, injection blow molding, stretch blow molding, and extrusion compounding.At AGI Greenpac, I am responsible for daily Production Report, Rejection control,production cycle time optimization, mold maintenance, and process improvement for the production clean room and shop floor. I also train and supervise the skilled operators, and ensure the safety and 5S standards are met. I work with the production planning and control team to forecast, plan, and execute the production schedules and inventory management, using MS Office, SAP, ERP, and Oracle.
