Talent Acquisition Responsible for the Manpower planning, Sourcing, Screening, Validating, Interviewing, Background/ Reference Check. Proficient at Sourcing profiles through references, employee referrals and Job Portals. Exposure in hiring Officer till Manager level cadre profiles.Joining Formalities: Taking care of induction and joining formalities. Coordination with Admin Department to get new joiners Permanent ID Cards& Official email ID. Coordinating for bank A/C openings for onboard employees. Maintaining & issuing letters of Offer, Appointment, and Confirmation & Appraisal. Coordinating with HR Manager and handling joining formalities.  Updating and maintenance of employee personnel file. Conducting Induction Program for new employees. Verification of Documents. Reference check & Background check for selected employees. (If Required).Induction / Training & Development: Induction for all New Joiners. Assisting in identifying training needs. Organizing Training Programs as assigned by Corporate Collecting Pre & Post Training FeedbackPayroll management system: Attendance management. Leave Management. Maintaining leave record & attendance of all the Employees. Salary preparation for all the employees. Updating all HR Input to CorporateStatutory Compliances To ensure that all the registers maintained under the CLRA Act.(Muster Roll , Wage Register, all statutory registers, Employment cards and Leave register) To ensure that all those employees who are covered under ESI have received there ESI cards and assist them in case of any emergency. Generate ESIC Challans within the Timelines. Attending HR External and Internal Audits as per the client information. To Visit Govt. Labor departments for making CLRA fresh licenses and renewals and also submitted returns half yearly and quarterly returns as per the timelines.
