• Capturing business requirements and translating them into functional deliverables using Checkpoints RFID B2B SaaS platform HALO is the critical part of my role. To learn and analyze the customer's business processes and identify where RFID can add value to their business.• I sit down with the customers, in planning and creating designs on how our SaaS platform will integrate with their business. Identify Master data components aligning the customer’s line of business and advice master data integration methods.• I have worked on more than a dozen Pilots and Rollouts for major retailers across the APAC region, viz, MYER, Kookai, Country Road Group, NIKE, Hanes Group, MUJI, and the Warehouse Group.• I design and develop bespoke requirements that customers specifically would like to add to their business. I will create the user stories and HLD and architectural design for large add-ons for the backend team to develop and drive it to the deployment. • I developed KPI tools using Google Cloud Infrastructure. The tool captures Key Performance Indicators to measure the ROI and value additions our RFID platform offers to the customer’s business. I develop solutions for ad hoc projects such as RFID Trolley tracking for Coles, WIP tracker for RM Williams. • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success (CS) Managers in identifying project goals, define, formulate, and develop KPI elements attributing to ROI. Leverage Sales and CS team in RFI, RFP, SoW& Product Fit-Gap Analysis.• Act as a bridge between Product Management and the customers. Conduct Webinar sessions with the teams to share the ways the challenges were addressed, and the lessons learned in the deployments. • Incident and CR management. I troubleshoot problems reported in our solutions and triage the issue and CR tickets.

• Cloud Migration of Checkpoint’s legacy RFID System to SaaS. Followed Lift & Shift strategy to uplift the enterprise solution to Azure. I worked on building messaging components using Azure Event Hubs and App Gateway and capturing application performance measurement modules using Application Insights, etc.• I worked on Halo RFID mobile app and SDK development in Android platform following SOLID principles. I designed and developed components involving Device connection over Bluetooth and serial connectivity.• I worked on RFID Asset Tracking development that helps in mobile assets management by automating location capture using RFID. I developed workflows and business processes for this solution.

• I worked in CMP Technical Services team. CMP is Player & Points Management System of Bally’s Casino applications suite built using C#.net. I developed customizations to meet customers’ bespoke requirements.• The job involves capturing business requirements, feasibility study, design, and development of custom features.• I have also carried out deployments of customizations and traveled to customer sites to assist with project go-lives for our clients in Macau, Christ Church. It helped me understand business problems in depth and provide quick solutions.

• OATXpress is Checkpoint’s on-prem RFID enterprise applications platform. I worked on App development for first-generation mobile devices with RFID capabilities (Symbol 3090, Intermec CN3) that run on Win CE and Win Mobile operating systems. I developed RFID workflows using C#.net. We used SQLite for persistence storage and JAVA-backed services interfaced using SOAP.
