Ramesh is our Senior Infrastructure System, Physical Security, Blast, and Structural Engineer. Ramesh worked at the Defense Threat reduction Agency (DTRA) for over 18+ years, and was an Engineering Functional Group Lead. Ramesh has over 40 years of combined highly-qualified experience in all kinds of Antiterrorism and Force Protection assessments starting from Joint Staff Integrated Vulnerability (JSIVA), Mission Assurance Assessments (MAA) and Capability Assurance Assessment (CAA). Additionally, Ramesh worked in the field of Construction, and Project Management. Ramesh conducted over 150 JSIVAs, MAAs and CAAs at DTRA, and was an Instructor teaching over 75 courses as part of the Mobile Training Team (MTT) of DTRA. Ramesh is recognized expert Blast engineer and has conducted many blast analysis and assessment of various Government and non-government high critical value assets. Ramesh conducted blast, Physical Security, and Structural analysis and assessment, of many major infrastructures such as Metropolitan Railways, Bridges, Tunnels, Ports. Ramesh conducted a blast and a physical security analysis and assessment of many Government and non-Government residential and commercial establishments within US and overseas. Ramesh was personally selected to conduct numerous priority assessments, he received many on the spot and distinguished awards for his outstanding performance. Prior to joining DTRA, Ramesh’ previous assignment includes working as a Structural Engineer at Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for over 17+ years. He worked at Construction office of VA HQs at Washington, D.C., Ramesh was involved in Structural and Seismic design, specification reviewer, and conducted construction management of multimillion dollar funding projects at VA Medical Center (VAMC). Ramesh was involved in a capacity of the Construction Manager for the complete design, coordination, and construction inspection at the VAMC.
