• Responsible for providing strategic direction, managing and supervising the programmes and staffs of Stromme Foundation in Nepal. • In charge of the projects and programs, both at the national and local level. • Represent organization in the country and ensures adequate networking • Ensures that all operations of the organization such as the Programs, Human Resources, finance, administration, legal and security related aspects are conducted efficiently and effectively• Work in consultation with SF-Regional office -Asia, other country / program coordinators in the region, the partners and government of Nepal.• Makes decision within approved budget and approve financial transactions within the approved limit of the authority • Signing agreements with suppliers and other relevant stake holders Oversee and assigns tasks to staff in program, finance and administration departments
