Throughout my career, I have been associated with businesses that have made a huge mark in the hospitality sector and have had high turnovers. This first-hand experience combined with my passion towards the hospitality have made me an expert in managing successful businesses in UK and Overseas.I must emphasize that having started my career with a top brand like TGI Friday's; had helped me enormously by setting up the correct foundation that is required in hospitality industry. Having learnt all the right basics, I have since never looked back and moved up the ladder from strength to strength.I have thoroughly enjoyed my role in all new openings of Red Hot World Buffet(RHWB) starting from Northampton(2007) then Milton Keynes followed by Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester, Cardiff and Nottingham.The sheer size of all RHWB restaurants always gives me a proud feeling with our top sites in Manchester and Nottingham as big as 27000 square feet with an investment of over 2.5 million pounds. To manage businesses as big as RHWB needs a lot of planning, team work and top organisational skills and I feel proud to be able to achieve that as the Group Operations Manager for RHWB. Our strategy of recruiting, retaining and developing our front and back of the house team at RHWB while working closely with them was instrumental in making it the most successful buffet business in UK ever with an annual group turnover of 26 million pounds (six sites) achieved by serving over 2 million guests a year.My mission has always been to lead by example and work with my team; keeping them happy and motivated so that they are able to deliver exceptional Food & Service to all guests thereby ensuring total guest satisfaction and producing top financial business results.
