Group Operations Manager
Responsible for managing and leading the multi-site Buffet restaurants Chain serving over 150 dishes from around the world in all you can eat informal style set up with six venues across UK and company annual turnover of 18 million pounds. All six General Managers directly reporting to myself and company employing over 450 staff and serving over 25000 guests a week.Forecasting sales and preparing budget for each financial year, reporting actual sales against budget and like for like sales to the CEO on daily basis. Continuously improving standards of performance and quality within the business and delivering great financial results.To work with our Group Executive Chef and consistently introducing new menu/dishes keeping in mind the market trends and competition.Effectively manage the supply chain to ensure quality items are purchased at the best market price.Ensuring all staff is trained properly and maintaining up-to-date training and certification information.To comply with all Food Safety and Health & Safety legislations.
